council activities

Our council hosts a large number of council activities throughout the year.

The council business meetings are held every month, on the 2nd Monday, at 8:00 pm. A membership meeting is often held on the following Monday.

Monthly activities in which Council members participate include Praying the Rosary, Mass, Religious Appreciation, Senior Citizens luncheons, etc.

We have an annual Memorial Mass at St Francis' church, Norman Lane, Bradford.

We try to involve our local schools in activities such as a Prayer Competition for upper schools, a Christmas Card competition for primary schools and Brownies, etc.

The National Action Project for 2014 to 2015 was for Mary's Meals. See marysmeals.org or child31.com to find out more.
